PRICING:
In Office Testing Only: $125.00
In Office Testing, Medical Evaluation, Treatment: $200.00
Mobile Testing with Evaluation and Treatment: $400.00
Additional Adults at the same location can be Tested for $100.00 each
Additional Adults at the same location can be Tested and Medically Treated for $200.00 each

Our Mobile Office Visit includes Testing, Physical Exam and Prescriptions if Indicated.

Medicare cannot be applied towards the Mobile Office and must be paid for separately.
