What to Expect?
When you arrive for your laser hair removal treatment, the Doctor will cleanse the pre shaved area. A gel will be applied to your skin and the laser will be passed over the area. Each pulse of the laser takes a fraction of a second and feels like a rubber band snapping the skin. The technician may apply a soothing cream or gel to the treated area afterwards. After your treatment, you may experience some redness and swelling in the treated area which should subside within a few hours. You should also avoid direct sun exposure for several days following your treatment.
