A 90-Minute Virtual Physician Consultation
"Why Do I Feel Like This?" Visit
A longer-format physician consultation for women experiencing complex, overlapping symptoms that have not fit neatly into a single specialty.
Fatigue, brain fog, weight changes, sleep disruption, mood shifts, hormonal changes, inflammation, burnout, and the sense that something is off even when previous workups have come back unremarkable.

Who This Visit Is For:
For women whose bodies no longer feel predictable.
This visit was built for women carrying several overlapping symptoms at once. Symptoms that may not have shown up clearly in any single appointment, that have been spread across multiple specialists, or that have been explained away as stress, age, weight, or anxiety.
Many of the women who request this visit describe feeling dismissed, fragmented across the healthcare system, or told that their numbers look fine while their daily experience says otherwise. The visit is designed to look at the whole picture in one sitting, with one physician.
Common reasons for requesting this visit:
Fatigue that does not lift. Brain fog and difficulty concentrating. Sleep disruption. Weight and metabolic changes. Mood shifts, anxiety, or burnout. Hormonal changes through perimenopause or menopause. Inflammation, flushing, skin or gut symptoms. Sensitivity, overwhelm, or a feeling of being wired and exhausted at the same time. Complex symptoms already worked up by other physicians without a clear explanation.
The Approach
Why this visit is structured differently.
Most appointments are fifteen to twenty minutes. That is the structure of the system, not the fault of the physicians inside it. In fifteen minutes, the flushing gets sent to dermatology, the fatigue to one workup, the bloating to another, the hormonal changes to a different specialist, and there is rarely time to ask whether these symptoms started showing up in the same body, in the same year, in the same person.
This consultation is ninety minutes. The history is taken in full. Symptoms are looked at across systems instead of split between them. Hormonal shifts are considered alongside immune signaling, autonomic regulation, sleep, metabolic markers, stress physiology, and the context of your life.
The goal is not to assign one tidy label. It is to look at the whole picture honestly, name what is established, name what is still being understood, and build a practical plan from there.
*If you have already been worked up by multiple specialists and still do not have a clear picture, this is the kind of visit that was built for that situation.
1.
Ninety-minute physician consultation
A full appointment with Dr. Misra conducted via secure Google Meet. No rushed intake, no fifteen-minute clock.
2.
Comprehensive history review
A thorough review of your medical history, prior workups, current symptoms across systems, sleep, hormonal timeline, medications, and any records you upload before the visit.
3.
Physician assessment
A clinical assessment that traces symptoms across systems, with honest discussion of what is established, what is emerging, and what remains uncertain.
4.
Written summary and plan
A written summary delivered after the visit, including assessment, suggested next steps, possible lab recommendations, treatment considerations, and follow-up options.
*Labs, medications, imaging, and follow-up visits are not included and are billed separately.
How It Works:
The request and appointment process:
1.
Submit an appointment request
Women begin by submitting a request through the Contact Us page. Please include a brief summary of what is going on, your location, and any context Dr. Misra should review before evaluating your case.
2.
Upload prior labs, records, and notes
Patients are encouraged to upload prior labs, imaging, records, testing, symptom timelines, or clinical notes if available. Existing workups are reviewed in context to help avoid unnecessary repetition.
3.
Dr. Misra reviews your request personally
Each request is reviewed individually by Dr. Misra. Because availability is limited and visits are intentionally high-touch, not every request results in an appointment offer.
4.
Ninety-minute visit via secure Google Meet
Visits are conducted virtually through secure Google Meet and include a comprehensive history review, physician assessment, and discussion of overlapping symptoms across systems.
5.
Written summary and recommendations
Following the consultation, patients receive a written summary outlining assessment, recommendations, possible next steps, and follow-up considerations if appropriate.
Topics commonly discussed may include perimenopause, fatigue, weight and metabolic changes, sleep disruption, mood changes, libido concerns, inflammation or histamine overlap, ADHD symptom overlap, stress physiology, burnout, GLP-1 related questions, and complex symptoms that have not fit neatly into a single diagnosis or specialty evaluation.
BRING WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
Prior records help, and most workups may not need to be repeated.
Patients are encouraged to upload whatever prior labs, imaging, records, testing, timelines, or clinical notes they already have available. Most workups do not need to be repeated immediately. The visit is more useful when the history that already exists can be reviewed in context.
If you have nothing to upload, that is fine as well. The intake is designed to meet you where you are.
Whatever you can put together is enough to start.
