Shipping & Returns Policy

Our products are available online to Continental U.S. addresses only (Sorry, No PO Box) and are delivered in 4 to 7 days (excluding holidays). Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Only unused and unopened skin care products may be returned. Used skin care products are non returnable and non refundable.

As we cannot monitor the end user for their skin type, health condition and product compatibility, we strongly recommend that you consult your physician or a skin care professional for an analysis of your particular skin type and sensitivity level before purchasing any product. No refund will be given for any reason relating to product effect or compatibility with your skin type, including allergic reaction. We do not guarantee the efficacy of products listed.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us via e-mail within 3 days of receiving your item for a Return Authorization (RA) number. The product must be returned within 10 days of the authorization.. A replacement product will be sent upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. When returning an item, please make sure to use all the original packaging wherein the shipment has come to you, with all accessories. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. There are no refunds unless a product is damaged. Opened or used cosmeceuticals absolutely cannot be returned or refunded. 
Refused/Undeliverable/Wrong Address Packages

 

If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, a re-shipping fee will be assessed if you want it re-shipped or a 10% restocking fee applies along with cost of shipping.  Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.

If  customer does not enter the correct shipping address when placing their order, and the order is delivered to the wrong address, Misra Wellness will not replace or refund the order as it is the buyer's error. If the item is returned to us, we will then issue a refund minus cost of shipping and 10% restocking fee. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid this loss. We do not refund claims that an order was not received after delivery was confirmed by USPS or another shipping company. Customer must contact USPS or shipping company and resolve the issue.

Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment and cancellation must be acknowledged as such, by us, either by phone or email.

Payment Methods and Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express or manual payment link which is sent to you after purchasing the product online (from info@misrawellness.com).

Credit card payment by phone: You can also place your order by calling: 1-818-431-5511 or email info@misrawellness.com during business hours.  If after hours, we will reply within 1-2 business days.

Warranty claims for devices we carry must be made by contacting the manufacturer. A device that fails to function due to manufacturer defect within the warranty period may be replaced with an identical or equivalent model device by the manufacturer.
